Depends on the situation. If it's a "He/She's coming at me with a hatchet" kinda situation, than without a doubt, yes, I would kill that person to save my life. If it were a "I can use their body for food" kinda situation, I think I'd just kill myself and be over with the whole thing.

Ummmm It really depends on the circumstances...... but just in general I'd have to say no, I wouldn't.
