Is there a difference between the words? I mean is like one, informal or formal?
You start with "yoroshiku" that's casual. "Douzo" makes it more emphatic (and slightly more formal) and "onegaishimasu" makes it (considerably) more formal. You CAN apply both.

Pokemon and Digimon the Anime came out the same year, as for which ones truly older..., Pokemon wins by a small margin. Though in all technicalities, digimon got its beginnings from tomigachi, I am not sure if that is older than Pokemon or not. Digimon were tomigachi's made for boys. It later turned into a franchise (which I actually prefer over Pokemon but I like both).

And how do you prounounce the words? I tend to prounounce things how they are spelt if i dont know owo which can be normally wrong xD;

As for pronounciation, luckily Japanese letters virtually all have one way to pronounce them unlike English where "c" can sometimes sound like a "k" or sometimes "s" ...
a = father
i = macaroni
u = blue
e = Mexico
o = hello
There are also double consanant sounds, aa, ii, uu, ee/ei, and oo/ou.
It's just a slightly longer sound, without changing the sound. So "ee" just sounds like a longer "e" sound (using the pronounciation above). Also ee and ei sound exactly the same, as do oo and ou.
The consanants are basically pronounced the same as in English, but a couple are slightly different.
j = mirage as opposed to message
r = everyone seems to pronounce it differently. Some flip the r (like rolling, but only one sound instead of a repeated sound) and some people pronounce it just like 'L,' or anywhere inbetween.
n = (the 'n' character on it's own, not followed by a vowel) can sound like an n or m. Either is acceptable.
Double consonants are pronounced just as if there's a hyphen between two words. There's a slight pause with the sound still in the throat. So "gakkou" would be pronounced like "gak-kou".
Also, sometimes certain vowels are not pronounced. I hear it done a lot with 'su' and 'shi' For example 'desu' is pronounced 'dess,' and 'soshite' is pronounced 'soshte' ...
And when 'ha' is used as a particle it is pronounced like 'wa.' The character 'wo' is pronounced like 'o.'

I disagree on the sound of j. It's really somewhere in between -- softer than English "message" but harder than "mirage". If you have to get it wrong, make it too hard rather than too soft.
Also, "emphatic" is the adjectival form of "emphasis", so that should help understand it.
