I could jog for an hour...but I'd rather play badminton. I could go for 4 hours...with breaks in between

Jogging... I could probably jog for a half an hour, running is a different matter
/no endurance/

Athletic bodies can be annoying though...

If you miss a workout or two, you get completely tense.

ah haha my dog is just very protective of me... it's cute
