mine gets frizzey then too

The only way mine isn't super frizzy is if I straigten it then put hair spray in it....

i don't use products on my hair.

i just used shampoo and conditioner

It doesn't destroy it.... But it does make it so I need to get my hair cut every few months.... When I don't use it i can go for like a year without cutting my hair.

I don't get it cut often cuz it never goes back and I would be bald!

My hair has grown over 6 inches in about 7 months.... it is so annoying! and now since i'm growing it out if i wanna straighten my hair it looks silly after its grown for a while cuz it grows unevenly so my layers grow out to be different lengths.

you are so lucky! mine hasn't grown in over 5 years. . .
the last time i had a drastic hair cut was when I was 16 ot 17. I am 24 now. (or will be in 2 months yesterday)

take prenatal vitamins. they help your hair grow.

what I have never heard of those. I also heard iron is good for your hair.

prenatal vitamins.... the vitamins you take when you're preggo. I don't know for sure about the last bit.... but i'm anemic and my hair has always grown like this i haven't noticed a change at all since i started taking iron supplements.
