Well my Trisphee one was 6 screams...

I had a manager one that was also 6 I think. "I want your manager!"

no no...i meant. does each quote have a specific number attached to it or if i got that quote again, would the scream count be different?

Screams are randomly given regardless of the scream quote. I think 6 is the maximum you can get in a single one.
