All while on hold with century link! *angry fist shake*

Oh that's no fun. :c I sold century link door to door for a month and that was no fun too. xD

The call lasted 1 hour and 1 minute! I got transferred 3 times and put on hold 4 times. The end conclusion to getting my service back on was, "well we can see that when you made the account it got put on hold, you don't know why and we don't know why so the best thing we can do is to make a new account."

Oh my gosh that's so frustrating! Utilities are the worst. I'm glad it got figured out eventually, though. :/

Well I reported what they said to my boss and he was just like "ok" and hung up so I have no idea if I need to set up a new account or see if we went with somebody else. . .XD

Oh, so it's not even done? Geeze! The customer support rep should've tried to get you signed up on a new account! Unless your boss doesn't want to stick with them, in which case, totally get it. :P
