Naw, all the teams are. You join a gang, right off the bat, and proceed to get into turf wars with rival gangs, all while mercilessly capturing as many pokemon as you possibly can to send back to the "professor".

You can't reset your data meter after installation for a fair comparison. You have to do it after you've played both games for a while. LOTS of mobile games don't actually finish installing right away because they pick up game assets at runtime instead of making the initial install bigger. (This also makes it possible for them to do content updates without waiting for Apple's approval to release an app update.)

Now that you've been playing the games for a while, a good test would be to reset it now and then go play each game for exactly the same amount of time.

Tracfone seems to like GSM phones better than the other kind and I saw they accepted Blu models somewhere so I think I'm all good once i get a sim thingy. I will need a Mini SIM right? o3o

I wish that would work, but it's a case that it isn't supported on a Windows phone as far as I'm aware... It was the same with getting Miitomo, which I couldn't find on the app store on my phone but I got it just fine on my crappy old tablet, although I now have storage issues arising because of having it...

Windows phones get the shaft in pretty much every way. Effectively no one has a Windows phone so effectively no one makes Windows phone apps. It's just not worth paying developers to work on things that so few people will pay for.

So i was just outside for 30 minutes, walking around with my neighbor helping her play pokego x'D

I reset it for fair comparison because I have been playing the other game for several months and it had more data on there.

But I did reset it and will look at it by the end of the week. I will have Pokemon Go open more often but Avengers Academy is still using more data from what I can currently tell.

I guess Avengers Academy just redownloads stuff every time you play. I can't imagine it actually needs that much data for GAMEPLAY ITSELF. o.o Poorly optimized game.

o3o thats all the data you used? I was actually gonna ask for people to post their data usage rates of pokemon go, so i guess this would be the best time to ask. Especially since one of my friends last night said 1 hour = 1GB data x.x


I use the pay as you go tracfone stuff so when I get my new phone, I wanna be prepared for the data usage. o3o

xD My neighbor was so paranoid last night, like she was all: "Keep your finger over the camera, so they can't see where you're at" and "Don't talk about cheating! they can hear you!"

and my only thoughts were: The game already KNOWS where your at causes it uses the GPS... and I may be using Bluestacks to 'play' but I'm not using it to cheat. Folks who use bluestacks to play fairly so far only have had 1 hour to a 24 hour account lock. Those who have used it to get a crap load of PokeCoins and other items, are getting perma-bans.

depends on the data you speak of. o3o I'm talking about the 3/4G data (internet) usage that Pokemon Go eats. anyone know how much PokeGo eats?

then there is that data that apps have and download during use. To clear that data, you go to your phones settings, app info, clear data.

Iphone- Setting - Cellular- and that is how you see the data

I also keep my AR off to make it easier.
