Toning really isn't that hard, actually.

My body is my temple. I make sure I treat it right as best as I can.
Despite the contradictory fact that I barely eat. xD;

I've been strength training, and toning for the last... two months or so?
And I'm starting to get that AMAZING ab-line thinger.

I'm really just aiming to be lean. :3

with the way i feel just working in the kitchen it feels like a work out. my body been nothing but sore everyday in teh same spots arms legs back
