I'm glad you were able to get your SSI. I'm considering trying for it for reasons, but I don't know that I'll end up with it. I do have an evaluation coming up that may mean that I will be eligible for SSI.

Well I needed it about six years sooner than I got it, but when I got Premier Disability working on my behalf I got an affirmative decision in six months. Although to be honest, the fact that I was almost fifty at the last hearing may have been a strong deciding factor. The judge said in his judgment statement, that the client was, "approaching advanced age". Man, that was a punch in the ego.
