My entire body is killing me.
Obbie talked me into, instead of working out really hard like I NORMALLY do.. to do some stretching and recovery.. and then I went for about a half hour walk and such.

Yesterday I killed myself. ><; And I'm so incredibly sore.

Oh Gods yeah.

I had a little incident yesterday, and ended up "working out" from the time I woke up, to about 8PM. When my mom finally made me stop, and distracted me by episodes of Lost Girl <3

I did my normal two two hour workouts and walks and such..

I just didn't sit still after any of it. xD;

I should have worn socks when I did that because I think I got blisters. XP
