What is that they are learning?

Just different things to talk better, share, take turns, listen to directions, etc.

So the things most parents don't teach child now a days. I admire you Dragon, you are a wonderful parent.

I am not the one teaching them though. There is a service that is free for me because of Medicad, where someone else comes here to teach them. It helps me because they can really annoy me a lot of the time and I cannot understand them very well.

That is good thing but at least your getting someone to teach them. Unlike most parents of today.

No some just let there children run about and not care for then or try and make the schools and teachers care for there children which doesn't work that way in life.
