You should always provide translation for the staff.. because if you don't.. then you get warned for it or what so ever.

Agreed, i rarely use flying pokemons for boss battles unless its necessary...
Like the Fly ability or Jump ability (rapidash learned this one <3)

I'm training Hoothoot as psychic hopefully, not really focusing on fly type, but I haven't had an opportunity to catch many others haha.

yeah but definitely ditch hoothoot after battle because you will get better psychic pokemon later on <3

I don't even like it as a psychic type. I just have really horrible experiences trying to train a usable hoothoot/noctowl. It never works.
