yeah he is. Ludovico and Shale, they live in a moving Castle. They have two dragons, Bertha and blinky that were conjured from Toys. He is suppose to be a villain but he is not, he just enjoys blowing crap up first and asking questions later. His favorite leisure activity is to make rainbow clouds and ruin Shales white shirts. Also playing with Bertha. He is also an Alien.

Besides, the more I think about it the more I realize Ree is like him, with out alot of the childishness and prankishness.

xD No because nothing would get done. If both of them were being stubborn children it would not. Ree would throw hissfits that could blow up the ship if he were Ludovico. He would also be very aloof and ignore Kais and want mostly for himself.
