Mmm...not really. They're talking about moving someone from the adjoined store to work as our boss- and I think they're doing it. She's pretty nice; well organized. Does things perfect, etc.

As for replacing people...we just lost -another- and that still leaves three that need replacing, even though we just got a new girl on staff. They're talking about pushing through my mom's application; but I doubt they'll hire her. <.< as, there's always a thing against hiring family.

I understand why they do such things because if a family holiday comes up, an argument between them or if an emergencey happens they'll lose two staff members instead of one

on the other hand, it is annoying if your family member is more qualified for the job and someone who hasn't got a clue gets the job, just bacause they are family
