Did anyone try the color challenge on x-rite several years ago?
I was browsing my old imgur gallery, and found my screenshot from 5 years ago. I thought I'd try it again to see if I did better than my younger days.

Kinda. The test is way shorter/simplified than the one 5 years ago.

I also remember doing another one around the same time. It was recommended by my art friends because the site offered a visual proficiency test (for fun) AND a free 3D stick model which you could play with in the browser. It was called egg-yotatsu something, 90% japanese site, 10% english if I recall correctly. Anyone remember the exact name? Got no luck searching on google.

If you toss me the link, I can probably do it. I love stuff like that.

I used to play a game on my phone called hue that was essentially that nonstop. Kinda fun but got boring after a few weeks.

Got 0. There was a similar test that I took some time ago; don't remember what site it is. Whoops.

I retook the eggazyoutatsu after ~4 years. I still did pretty bad lol

I...uh. Did not know what to expect. Should definitely not have done that after a really long day, and having spent the past several hours staring at a screen. (my eyes are a little fucky right now)

...I have like. zero short-term memory right now so maybe I'll poke at it again tomorrow morning when I'm more lucid.



EDIT: Also, htf did I mess up on object rotation.

Can't exactly share my results page atm, but also scored a zero on it.

I actually thought it was going to be harder than that...

the test recommends taking it once per year, but i get u. gotta show the test who is the boss

Kaderin: It was harder before (and the results were more detailed), but now they charge $ for it.

i also remember getting quizzed on synth art art made by machines vs man-made art. forgot the link, but filters have come a long way yo.
