Critical Role is a weekly stream on Twitch where a group of seven friends who are also voice actors, play a session of Dungeons and Dragons, Fifth Edition. Matthew Mercer is the Dungeon Master. His wife, Marisha Ray, is one of the players, as is Liam O'Brian, Sam Riegel, Ashley Johnson, Taliesin Jaffe, Laura Bailey, and her husband, Travis Willingham. There are occasionally guest characters, such as Mica Burton, and the story is set in Matt's homebrew (in other words, his custom-made) world of Exandria.
