Tell about my Hero: Originally some sort of inner being in Eva Ushiromiya, she became a witch after Eva solved the riddle of the Epitaph. She was recognized as Beatrice's successor, and was extremely cruel.

Tell about my Hero: The other daughter of the mayor of Daten City and Scanty's younger sister. She wears angular glasses and has her hair in a ponytail. She uses a large amount of English in her speech, even by the standards of the show. As Stocking's counterpart, she wears two kneesocks (actually mid-thigh stockings) that transform into a pair of scythes called "Double Gold Spandex" (ダブル・ゴールド・スパンデックス, Daburu Gōrudo Supandekkusu?).

Name of Anime Villain: Leila Ragnarok

Tell about my Villain: Only partially human, Leila feels much more a Shadow than human. Her mixed blood is the reason of her unusual power - complete control over shadows, to the point she can make them material or become one of them, as well as she seems to attract lesser Shadows, said to be souls of soldiers slaughtered in wars, that are not able to move to afterlife, and be able to control them somewhat.

Maybe because she doesn't consider her self a human, she lacks the emotions a human would normally have. Killing is no problem to her and therefor, she makes a great assassin. Her nickname is "Shadow Mask", due to her power and face who never shows any emotions. In fact, she barely speaks and prefers talking. Her main victims are men that she enjoys torturing, but she will most probably refuse killing women and children. Her main weapons are small arbalest, sword and occasionally a bladed fan. She enjoys using poisons of all sorts as well, and is mastering hew new ability of controlling liquids to some extent (she mostly uses that to control the blood of other).

She likes Gothic and Gothic Lolita style, her favorite colors are black, purple and silver and she can seem quite vain as she takes great care of her looks. Also, no one really knows her motives or her past.
