Psych.

Yeah, pretty much there. I was thinking of being an English teacher in Japan but I am not, no way in freak, getting a teaching degree here in the U.S. in case that falls through. And Psych... is waaaay too competitive.

well, if you have to take a foreign language anyway, take Japanese for sure. I think here, the general requirement is filled by either language or math. so most people take a language. XD
and you might as well take a psych class or two to see if you're super good at it. BYU's advertising program is ranked #1 in the US and is pretty competitive, but I love it so I'm working hard to get in.

I don't want something where I need to get a doctorate to have any chance of getting a decent job in it. That's why I don't wanna go into psych. I was thinking of going into business but... I don't know. I'm only interested in the foreign business, or perhaps accounting or something, but... mer. I don't know. The classes seemed really boring.

well if you go into business knowing Japanese, then you could totally do foreign business! I'm taking a marketing class and I honestly think it's really interesting.

yeah I know. I just don't know if business would be my thing. @_@' I mean on one hand the job itself doesn't sound so bad. On the other hand, the SCHOOLING, seems boring as FUCK. Seriously.

I wanna major in Linguistic Anthropology if at all possible but I worry about my capacity to learn languages...

well, it depends on whether you like the subject or not. accounting is really not my thing, so I don't like the class much. but I love my advertising and marketing classes! most people would probably be driven crazy watching ads all day in 3 different classes, but it's my favorite.

I want to learn many languages if I could, honestly. But... I don't think I have the money nor time. x.x'

I don't have a creative spark or I would /love/ to go into advertising. I'm a fairly linear thinker, honestly, which is why math is something I'm fairly good at. I mean, you do this and this happens, etc. Advertising is creativity which I quite lack.

I'm not very good at coming up with the brilliant ideas, but that's why there's so many different aspects to advertising. one of the boys in my group is really, really good at coming up with ideas but can't implement them. we work really well together; he comes up with something and I make it pretty. :D

XD I can't do either, so I'd be pretty screwed with that. ~sigh~ I am highly considering business just, urg, classes sound so boring...
