Uhh. Posting is fun only until after 2 years you realize every day's conversations are basically the same, and people you consider friends, don't know you and honestly don't give a damm about you. Which I basically have. So, I come for light chatter when I feel like it, but most of time, I don't, so. XD

Besides, when I left Trisphee (And Mene for that matter), there were lot of people whom I did not like to talk with and with the people I want to talk with, I can elsewhere, so why tiptoe around most threads, as they all were very active at that time and turned all conversations in a way I did not want to take part in? Currently, I am just looking around, seeing where I can post and if I feel like doing it. -shrug- Already doing it a lot more than did for past months.

Well, in that case, all internet is big role play. My personality is as it is, no role playing, no pretending. Only thing I have picked up that is not 'true' is that I am caracal, but in a way, I feel my self as feline irl, too, so... I prefer if people around me are not 'images' of them, too, but them selves.

I don't take that as a role play, when you role play, it is more likely that you make something completely else and then 'breath' life into it, live as that person. What you mentioned, is more like bringing some aspects of your self out. And, true, many do that, either they become more perverse, brave, cruel, but the idea is the same. But that is not role playing.
Of course, that is a thing each of us can perceive and understand differently.

i was just comparing. i really dont take it as role playing. it just kinda seems like it at times.

Actually, during events, role play threads are sometimes started. ^^ They are fun, although I never had much luck with them. Could be because I sort of ever joined one of the official races or the people sort of 'poof' somewhere at the end of event, lol.
