I was stating more for hyjin's sake, with that boy eating very large meals....

I know i do... dont rub it in... its just that i get hungry and im used to eating large portions and burning it off quickly...

Wasn't trying to rub it in, sorry. More just a statement in general. It doesn't apply to all people as the best way to eat.

But yeah, technically it is better to eat 5ish small meals, but then again you can eat almost anything and not gain, so yeah...

It makes a bit of sense. I am kinda the same way, though not quite to the same extent.
