Works cut my hours back insanely. I had 2 weeks off, went in and worked 3 days, and off for another 2 weeks.

I've been looking at other jobs, and its cause the manager is trying to force me to quit, that way they wouldn't have to pay unemployment. If they fired me they would have to.

I'd have to be fired to get unemployment, but it has to be a certain type. Like I can't steal something or break something, then try to collect unemployment.
