Of and you can use cans as weights to do curl ups! and Lunges! Lunge to the side flatten our back and stretch your arms out and hold it for as a long as your can. Do that ten times and then switch legs.

I'm actually still trying to flatten MY tummy, and I've been at it for 5 years.

Arms, though? Get yourself a pair of light weights [three pound dumbbells, to start]and do tricep kickbacks. That tons the little "flap" underneath the arms.

Use cans first until you start to stick to it. And a balance ball Batty....... those work wonders.

i used to lift weights all the time. i got up pretty high but my knees ya know? and so i had to stop and thats why my arms are so flabby ;-; i hate it.

See, Tiva, I can't use a balance ball because we don't have the room.

Honestly, the best way to tone your body is with your own body weight, with the help of weights and dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.

Lunges [you don't have to go all the way down, just enough that you can feel it, I have bad knees too, and I take it easy on the squats and lunges] Squats, tricep kickbacks, straigh leg deadlifts, crunches, bicycle crunches, leg lifts, [think Jane Fonda, its old school, but it works xD] mason twists [also known as trunk twists] all work.

But if you want to lose weight, I can try and help.

I'm at a very very unsteady 104-108 [depends on if I'm bloated or not, xD.] And I won't say how much I've lost, but, in the last 5 years of me working out and such, I've pretty much dropped a person and a half.

also the fact that im feeling this way could be contributed to my pmdd. it makes me feel like im super huge. and when i look at myself in the mirror i look like i weigh 500 lbs ;-; and such...

i generally weigh 150-160 but without my boobs id weigh 125-130 so you can get my body shape from that. but i gained a bit of weight recently from this depressed funk i am in.. so i think ill just stop eating. i weigh //cries a lot
180 now ;-; why... im so fat ;-; //cries hard.

I don't have PMDD. But I do have PCOS, which makes it hard to lose weight, the possibility of infertility, etc etc. So I at least know how you feel. On top of that, [don't judge, now. I can actually admit it now.] I'm anorexic. I became extremely obsessed with calories, and weight loss because I felt EXACTLY like you, everytime I looked at myself.

Honestly? You're a gorgeous girl, and I wouldn't worry too much. But theres nothing wrong with wanting to get in shape, and get healthy! <3 Just make sure you do it the right way. =]
