It's not a good sign to remember anything of your dreams every day 2-3 of them a night.

Why not? It just sounds like you have a good memory.

Its a sign that one is not getting into a deep sleep and thus not fully rested.

I cant really agree, I tend to always remember every detail. ^^;

I'm working on 15 days of remembering some of my dreams. For me it's a bad thing.
