Yeah, Alpha likes them a lot, I do too but I am more about getting my back worked on.

hmmm... idk... never gave it a try...

I mean most of the time I can pop my own back, but I can't always get the right amount of pressure in the right locations...

I know mine is messed up thanks to so much dance.

Mine isn't so much messed up as it simply gets really tight and stiff because I sit so straight and with the help of 7 years of marching band...
