Hi Liosh. I had a fun visit to the doctor today. I lost 15 pounds from last time...a little worried considering my lack of physical activity.

I should get in shape. I have started to walk around the block where I live, but it snowed today.

Getting in shape is a good thing, I should try again to do so.

I went for a walk around the block today.

Now to see if I can make it to 100 waters before the event starts.

I should really go for a walk sometime, but all I could do it walk around the apartment building.

I'm up and down the house stairs quite often during the day. XD
