There's a chain of command for a reason.
You should never feel like you're being harassed or discriminated against, especially not by a manager. There are actually laws in place to protect you from retaliation -- it's illegal to fire you for having a legitimate complaint about your work environment.
You should have gone to Bob weeks ago if this is a frequent thing. This is patently unacceptable behavior for a manager. I strongly encourage you to speak to him at the earliest possible convenience. You shouldn't put up with this any longer than you already have.
