Well, I started training a while back, but only got far enough to earn that -points at name- a few days ago.

Training..o.o I hope its not that hard because one day i don't mind becoming one.

Well... Yes and no. The technicalities aren't that difficult, but there's a lot of traits that a mod must have that can't always be taught. You see, while the actual actions are easy enough to perform, the things that a lot of the training covers, there's a lot more to it because working with users is the most important part of the job. Not everyone can handle it, let alone in the long term.

And Espy is way too temperamental to be a decent mod.
