For training with swords and pretty much any weapon that you could think of. Just don't blow up the Bunker!

Because he found another tunnel and wants to use it..... it is near where the ball pit ends..... This old cave just keeps on splitting off for us to find new places.

Indeed it does! This cave seems to be endless in the different tunnels for us to build in and expand this humble abode.
