well i might not return to my college bc i withdrew from a class to avoid failing out of it but instead i get yelled at by my mother and threatened for no payment for my tuition next year

meh... its just my parents being mad because of it and even thought the teacher informed me to do it otherwise i fail. and f's dont look good on a transcript. and it lowers my gpa

hun i already told you she always acts like this and it wont pass and she wont pay i know her too well...

I didn't say she'd come around...I simply said she was being stupidly unreasonable...

Maybe you should have told your Mom before you dropped the class, they are paying for college and they feel like they have a right to know what is going on. If you had told her that you were struggling and that the teacher had told you to drop she may have been more reasonable about it because she knew it was going to happen before hand and that it wouldn't effect your GPA or your financial aid.
Your mom is treating you like an adult because you decided to act like one, now all you can do is suck up and try to explain so that she may change her mind. Otherwise you have to live with it.

First off, You have no idea of what is actually going on because you decided to remove yourself from our life, therefore you really have no place to say anything.

Second off...His professor didn't tell him to drop until earlier today, in which case, he then proceeded to drop the class since last day to drop is tomorrow. So yeah...He basically had no time to inform his mother...

Thirdly, she should not have been able to find out about it without entering his account without permission, so yeah...

One, the accounts payee gets an email when you drop a class.
Two, if you drop below full time student status the accounts payee gets an email.
Three, for his parents to pay for his schooling he had to give them his access code.
Four, it takes five minutes to make a phone call to explain.
Five, it takes less than five minutes to drop a class.
Six, they had multiple ways to access the information, none illegal.
Seven, if you talk shit about me in your thread or post in mine I will post in yours. Note not spamming, like hyjin did to my Facebook, but posting.
