It was a little tricky to learn to put them in at first, but you have to not look at them when you are putting them in. Sometimes my contacts are a little itchy and I take them out and rinse them during the day. I take them out at night to sleep.

in my eyes to check them out for different tests.
Even doing one eye test where it blows air into
my eye... I end up blinking so much the doctor
has to do the test a couple times before it's
done right lol. ~_~
