Nervous because I have an appointment in the morn
and I just found out the doctors office lost my
damn medical insurance card... ~_~ But really

☪ஐﻬ☽ God I did that and that is why I sent my card into them so they can make
a copy of it.. Like they told me to do, with my son's
and now they can't find them... *so hopes they find it*

I even was willing to get a med for my OCD and I can't
even pick it up. If I wait too long, I might not want
to take it anymore. Figured that maybe if I take a new
med, I might be more willing to try to leave the house
when I don't have to lol ~_~

I'm waiting til Thursday morning to see if they can
find the cards and if not I have to cancel my appointment
I have there for Friday and then call my insurance company
and hope to god they aren't too pissed that the cards are
gone with no where to be found ~_~

And I am so gonna try hard to get sharpies!! I wanna make
pretty pictures on my sky nails I have right now.

D: you should keep the physical cards on you and give your doctors office scanned copies or duplicates of the card for their files.

thats totally irresponsible of them to lose it.

☪ஐﻬ☽ I would of done that but my damn scanner isn't working ~_~ And my stupid
husband could of been gone during the month since my
appointment and they needed the cards right away for
their records so I had to send them in or else I
would of been sent a bill for the visit ~_~ I wish
I didn't trust them. *too trustworthy* I just hope
they can find them. I don't want to wait who knows
how long to get new cards in the mail and get yelled
at by my insurance... Go figure, the one time I
trust a doctors office, they screw it up HAHA ~_~

their office should have been able to make copies of them during your visit,IIRC its more or less a law in every state that copies of the proper documents must be made in office (as to avoid forgery or stolen ID) on the first visit,no matter if you plan to be a recurring visitor or not.
