I can make hakama easily enough, it just takes a bloody lot of black fabric and I was wanting to save money. I guess I could wear Lisa's uniform...her shorty hakama might be nice if it's too warm....

is it bad while I enjoyed the anime WHR I had no desire to cosplay any of it(really for me that's unheard of), all I could think staring at her outfit(s) was 'god, did they TRY to make her look little house on the prairie?!'
That being said, I might be putting together an 'emergency' pair of hakama so I can wean Hinamori on Friday...we'll see.

no it's not bad, i'm like that too when i watch a series I don't want to cosplay as anyone in that series

Herro, I'm new to the forum and was just browsing around the hangouts and saw this one. I really like to dress up and especially cosplay along with going to conventions<3 Most recent one I went to was MegaCon. Though I'm not a huge anime fan, I only watch if I'm REALLLY interested in it. It's hard for me to take up suggestions >.<

Okay, so if you aren't a huge anime fan what's your favourite things to cosplay from? While I do an insane number of anime based ones I also have comic and American cartoon based ones :)
