YES to both. I liked Angelica. A lot I know she acting horrible ninety percent of the time but I remember when the babies were being bullied and she stepped up. No body messes with these babies BUT ME!!

acutally, we watched rugrats when she brougt her wii and netflicks over a few months ago! just like old times~ <3!

The Twins and Suzie.
Phil and Lil because I always had a fascination with twins. I've been noticing that I write a lot of twin characters in stories, and most of the time, they aren't identical twins either, although I have some of those as well.
Suzie because she's actually nice to the babies even though she's older and could technically boss them around, but that's Angelica's job.
Anyway, considering them all, I do like them all, even Angelica has her good points, but the twins and Suzie are still my top ones. Though you have to love Chuckie as well.

I love rugrats as a whole, I couldn't just choose one char.
