The only reason Arikana's is slow is because its out of country, has to go through customs first.

My usual default for Canada to the USA is 10 days (weekends included). I used to do a lot of trading magic cards online and that was almost always the amount of time it took. That's from BC to pretty much anywhere in the USA.
