I'm sure she's fine, guys. <3 Remember she had a fight with her hubby, they're prolly just spending some time together or sumfin.

I've got the worst cramps ever, and I want food.
Lots of it. xDD;

DK wants food ono

I have my period. xDD; So its all awful cramps, and cravings.

Yeah hopefully they are making up..
I just ate and now I feel sick

I'm going to work out in a second.

I haven't really eaten anything for a few days, which is why I'm freaking out about having my little "friend". ><;

Well I understand why but its a good thing really

I've done really, really well for the last couple of days.

I haven't binged once. <3 I've just severely under eaten.

Well, its mostly mind over matter.
I think its because I've been so weak, my body just wants crap.


But I worked out really hard the last week, so, I should be alright. At least for today.
