I'm not much of a cow milk drinker. I'll use it in cereal and drink it afterwards, but if I go for anything milk-like, it's usually an alternative. ^^"

I drink regular cow milk. I may try some alternatives to see what they are like.

I like Soy milk (as does my 1yr old niece) and I liked Rice milk. I'd like to try almond milk sometime.

I'm supposed to avoid gluten - which is in wheat, rye, and barley.

Having to avoid cow's milk dairy would be really hard to add to that.

Yeah, my niece most likely is lactose intolerant plus may have a few other food allergies. She got tested for food allergies earlier this week and I keep forgetting to ask my sister-in-law how her appointment went. ^^" I feel bad for the poor girl.

Some food allergies are a big bother. XP

Yeah, like the fish allergies like what my mom has, you have to be very careful because some things may have Worcestershire sauce which has anchovies in it. Some stuff you'd be surprised has other things that you need to look out for. ^^"

I don't think I have much in the way of food allergies, although the last time I ate a banana my ears itched internally something fierce. I haven't eaten any since then.

You would be amazed at all the stuff wheat is in. XP

Hmm that's odd.

I'm not "allergic" to any foods, but I have a sensitivity to egg yolks. When I order a nacho buffito from work, I have to have them not put the blue cheese on there because it has egg yolk in it (it's a blue cheese dressing)
My boyfriend is awesome and when he makes me an omelette, he makes it mainly egg white. I do like having fried egg sometimes. I should make an eggy sandwich for myself soon ^^"

@Angel: Yeah, we have to keep the wheat torts away from the flour ones because of that.

I think you mean keep the wheat ones away from the corn ones.

When they say flour tortilla, they mean wheat as apposed to corn flour.

Wheat is in most soy sauce.

Nope, we have corn hard shells, flour white, and wheat shells.

You mean that the white flour ones are not made with wheat - they are gluten free?

Unfortunately they are. But, they aren't whole honey wheat. That's the difference.
The corn hard shells are gluten free though. ^^"

I'm so glad I'm not allergic. To almost anything.
