Serena - Mom has a herniated disk in her back/spine and has pain through her right arm and neck so she goes there every so often to get shots to help stop the pain

I forgot to call to set up an appointment to see a doctor to get my medical paperwork filled out for school. ^^"

Mine goes out once I turn 19. So I still have my coverage until November.
