Was Universe really that bad? I'm wondering if I want to even try watching it after I get through SG-1 and Atlantis. D:

I have yet to watch it because it really didn't appeal to me. it simply doesn't feel like Stargate, from what I've seen.

Universe wasn't that bad, it was just a leap from both SG-1 and Atlantis. There is a reason though that it didn't get renewed after it's second season though since it didn't quite have the following, and that was largely due to their inability to really settle on one major enemy. The way they ended it though it could be brought back as a TV series again or as a movie. Just a heads up.

If it ever gets picked up again in some way I may consider watching it. Don't much feel like watching two seasons of something that will just abruptly end.

I'm very excited to find out what they plan to reveal this year or maybe it's next but yeah! o wo

Perhaps the planned Atlantis movies are actually going to happen? xD

Could be, but first they would have to get Atlantis back to the Pegasus galaxy (at least I would think so) if they were going to have it involve the Wraith.

Also, I kinda hate that they axed the Stargate MMO that they had started developing a few years back.

perhaps it will just end up with the Wraith attacking earth, since that's their whole goal isn't it?

It is, but their hyperdrives can't reach it unless super-powered. So it would have to be some kind of major twist....

that's how Stargate works. 'this is the strongest enemy ever' 'oh, wait, no, they are..' etc XD I'm sure they can pull something out the hat to fit where they left it off.

True, but if they do it too much it will kinda ruin it. They have flexibility, but only to a point.
