Yea, I should consider stopping snacking on chocolate and get drink my chamomile tea and go to bed before 3. Don't want to mess up my sleep pattern just because I had 3 days off from work this week (I have tomorrow off which is the 3rd day and go back on Wed)

I read somewhere that people who eat chocolate a lot are more likely to be healthier then those who dont o.O something in the chocolate helps them or something
