Logan ::: three options, naps periodically throughout the day.
some sort of sleep aid, but I don't really advise that.
or actually staying up all night until the next day at your usual sleep time. It takes a lot out of you, but will fix your sleep pattern entirely.

Logan ::: Messed up sleep patterns are no fun
Mine are rather fluent, they got messed up 8 years ago and kinda stay the same now. sleep by 3am, and wake up no later then 8am. unless im sick.
