Why do girls think about how they look all the time? I mean if you get to know someone well enough there persanality and there inner beauty.

Not that many people actually feel that way. I've seemed to find mostly shallow asses.

And no I couldn't. She gets... mean jealous. Even when she doesn't try to she gets this hurtful attitude with me so I couldn't do it with her around.

And we just got into an argument. Sleeping in separate beds tonight.

Not only that, but its been drilled into our subconscious that we're supposed to look a certain way.

Batty; So. Damn. True. You shoulda seen my grandma when I was growing up. My god what she did to me should be illegal! "Suck it in", "if you lost a few pounds, you'd look pretty", etc.

Its usually BY our elders. They have completely different views, than ours in this day in age.

Its also the media. "TO BE PRETTY YOU HAVE TO BE MODEL THIN! YUP! THATS RIGHT! NO FOOD FOR YOU!"

I already tried that no food thing. One sandwich a day is not enough. >_<

My grandma stopped with it. . . for now. -_- Somedays I just hate old people. But the media isn't helping either. THere is a huge ban issue on how much you can photoshop a model because of the effects on girls.
