I've heard they have a very laid-back, relaxed personality too...which would be perfect for me.
But alas, it'll be a few years until I can get one.

Yeah, I have my kitty now. But, in a few years I'd like to get another kitty. I'll probably want another one around the time I move on my own with my boyfriend

I have to get my own place before I can get a cat...which means I'll need to find a place that allows pets. Which in this town...seems to be really hard.

It's hard to find places like that anywhere. Especially since any place that does allow pets only allow small pets or cats, and after you find that, they add an additional charge to your security deposit and rent to have the cat. So, a lot of people will hide cats.

I actually had found one place that allowed cats. It was no charge for the first cat and a security deposit that increased $50 for every cat past the first one.
Wish I would have just rented it months ago, but I didn't have a functioning car then.

Hell, I still don't have a functioning car. I just have a different one.

I know what you mean. Except I don't have a car or a license yet. ^^" So, I'm stuck wherever I am.

Hopefully one day you can get a kitty ^^

Well, hopefully some day I can actually get the pets I really want and I'll get a Scottish Fold kitten and a Great Dane puppy.
That would be the best.

I'm not much of a dog person. I love kitties though. Right now I'm with my dad at his girlfriend's (where he lives) and three of the kitties are cuddled next to me. One is by my thigh, the other 2 are at my feet curled up resting their heads on my feet.

I'm home (got home last night) it's strange not having Rascal around anymore. But, Eli has been super-lovey since I came home :) I actually woke up this morning and Eli was curled up in bed with me. I missed that. I guess he knew something was up with Rascal, so Eli stayed downstairs most of the couple of weeks leading up to Rascal's passing.

Yeah they do. I was happy to have Eli upstairs with me again. I missed him. It was nice waking up to him on the bed curled up :)

My Genna know when her brother passed away. She was a trooper.
