I try hard to fight it. But when you've experienced true depression you'll never get away from it. No matter how hard you try. No matter how happy you seem.
So live in the moment. Let the people around you help. Open up
tell them when something is wrong
don't push anyone away. Because you never know if that person ends up being the one to save you.
