The males aren't weak at all! The females are just more dominate among their race. Since the females are more dominate a majority of the world's leaders are female, but some are male just some though. xD Key word there. A majority of Ardonians involved with politics are female, the females also teach their young and are heavily involved in medicine and medical treatments, surgeries, etc. They have advanced their races' medical technology buy thousands of years LOL.

Well another reason for that is because the Ardonians are all scientific and absolutely not religious. So religion never held them back from exploring their world and themselves and that helped further their technology.

Oh yeah, that's what I was getting at. If the female isn't interested the males can not force them into a mating ritual. Maybe I could make the males have feather. xD
They could pop out from their head, elbows and the back of their knees or something. But that's just an idea.

Y'know pretty much if religion never held back us we would be so advanced by now but waaay back then a bunch of crazy religious people ( and they're not all like that I know but back then religion was super popular and crazy ) burned hundreds of books about science. And they thought that science was the work of the devil and was a sin or some crazy shit so. All that knowledge is forever lost.

Now that I think about it the males should outnumber the females so that's another reason why they have to prove themselves as potential mates. xD
I think that my character will be an odd one, perhaps isn't interested in females and more interested in his studies. I'm also going to make him super old. D<
