Greetings and welcome to my little art request thread. Over the last year, I have grown to be like an art whore.. {thanks mainly to a lovely friend on another avatar site who has put up me with since day one} and what better than get art of my little collection of OCs and other characters.
So don't be scared to pop in and glance at the ones I am currently seeking arts for and sometimes the characters that I am seeking art of may not be mine. {I often glance to get art of my friends OCs as special little surprises cause I love to spoil my friends rotten cause I love my friends to bits.}
I also enjoy light chats so feel free to pop in to rant about life, etc or enjoy a pleasant chat. :3
And I am not really one who likes to sets rules, as long as you don't give me a reason to distrust you, than we should get along fine. {nod nod}
~ Please post samples of your art and let me know who you are interested in drawing, either as single or couple and what you are interested in payment. {I shall be offering a selection of pure, runes or MIs/EIs}

All art obtained from this thread is for my or my friends personal use on here or other websites and will not be altered without the permission of the artist. -I will always gain permission before using any art in a profile, etc-.
As stated in my credits down below, I do not steal art. I will give credit to where credit is due.
I shall also be looking for avatar art from time to time as well..
Before advancing any farther into the thread, there is a bit of light house keeping I need to address, more for my piece of mind as well as to let artists know how I tend to do things.
First things..
Concerning payments... All items/aus and runes listed in my funds are all for art.. I don't mind someone asking to swap out an item for another item of equal value if I happen to have more than two of the items still left.. but any swaps, the items gained will still be just for art.. I would prefer to know ahead of time what your interested in doing the art for..
And my usual method is sending items after I receive the art in my little greedy paws.. I have had people take payment and never received any art so I am a bit weary doing that now.. I will put the item in trade so all you have to do is when I receive the art, is click accept. Than again, if your someone I talk to before and feel comfortable with, I might reconsider that.. only exception would be yearlies.. I donate with my own money for these items.. I know how hard it is to locate them and I purchase them to give artists the shot at gaining them.
Art Trades: Before all the art vultures start swarming around, I am not offering to swap art.. -takes out a towel and starts using it as a deadly weapon, snapping it at people- Back, I say, back you hungry art vultures.. mainly due to the fact, I have people already waiting for my art.. and it would be unfair to them cause they asked months ago but gaining a piece when I stopped being.. erm.. picky about my art and actually finish a piece.. -oh the days you wish you had pepper spray..-
Oh yes, a little WIP teaser there, when finished that will be of my OC, Chloe.. cause Dawn loves showing off her WIPs.. so you might see some WIPs posted here cause most sites want proof the work is yours.. anyway back to the issues at hand..
Couple Art: I shall provide information involving this cause not all of my OCs has someone they can partner with.. currently this is the case for Analeigh, her time period is roughly in the 1800's, (back when Gypsies were feared evil..) while most of my others are more modern.. and Aithne who hasn't been exposed to any other OCs yet.. -coughs- add the fact Aithne is my craziest OC.. -even far crazier than Noelle and Noelle has been dubbed crazy in a few RPGs..-
So artists know what to expect of what will come of their art after it enters my greedy little mitts.. rest assured, most of the art will be displayed on user lookups on other sites or if I really love the art, might be used to create either an user lookup or pet lookup for either of my Neopet accounts.. –currently I am hoping for a really awesome piece of art involving my OC Chloe if the piece I have been working on flops- I am not an art thief!! I shall give credit to the artist wherever the art is used at. And if any artist wishes links to where the art will be used, I am happy to provide the current links below of all lookups that art will be displayed on.
Lastly, the artist has generally all rights to depict my OCs how they feel that OC comes across to them, I have provided some information on the OCs personality, life style and background. If there any concerns involving one of my OCs, please let me know.. I can provide a little more information regarding the OC in question.
If the OC in question happens to be one of my friends.. Since I don’t have all the information regarding most of them, if requested, I can hit my friends up to gain the information needed.
*Note: Chloe doesn't always wear blue as indicated in the current references through she is the only OC I will honestly, truly will allow to be depicted wearing that color, through Chloe doesn't prefer pastel or really dark, dark shades, in sample the colors that Noelle likes wearing. If your stuck some normal colors I usually suggest using besides blue: any shade of green, burgundies, pink (not pastel), orange, white, teal, yellow, etc..
Other Details:
99 percent of the time, she appears to be sarcastic and ill tempered, often making her seem rude. Chloe will always speak what's on her mind and under that 'her bark is worse than her bite' exterior is a gentle and caring nature whom very little get to see.
Even through this, Chloe is not a real violent person, if she feels that she or her family is being threatened, she will fight. Her preferred weapons of choice are Sais through swords and other sharp items interest her, only one weapon she will not entertain is guns, she follows what she had been taught as a child very seriously, calling guns unhonorable and walking away from fights when a gun is presented.
Chloe personally doesn't give a shit what most people think of her, she never keep tracks of how many people she literally pisses off in a day, this often includes her close friend, Advent. Sometimes she just pisses him off for the fun of it due to personality clashes.
Chloe is half American/half Japanese - yet she rarely acknowledges the fact she has American blood in her through it's obvious she is not full Japanese with her blond hair and blue eyes.
Has nothing but full blown hate for her father, mainly cause he walked out on his family over the fact his second child was born ill. In the end, her mother, taking both roles of mother and father to both girls, ended up slowly slipping from reality and dying, leaving a 13 year old Chloe struggling to keep her sister in her care by dropping out of school and coming a full time mom to her, thus sacrificing her teenage years and dreams. Eventually, Chloe earns the approval of the neighbors around her through this takes time over the next five years which sees Ava turn from a sickly little girl into a somewhat happy teenager and Chloe eventually, gaining full custody of her sibling when she reaches 18.
Chloe's relationship with Avalon borderlines between motherly and sisterly, often bickering with her sister and laying down the law.

Chloe's dreams are to be a singer, she works in a nightclub where she does back up singing if the manager is unable to provide an act for the night. Her only regret is that she will never walk across the stage to graduate with her classmates.

Think party dude.. Jayden is a pretty easy going guy through he has a serious side to him when it comes to his girls, Dawn (4) and Roz (2).
Jayden's real birth name is Will, possibly short for William. Jayden was ward of the Country since he had been born, living in foster homes in Scotland, Ireland, England and Wales as well as brief stay in Japan where he met Mizuki, his childhood sweetheart. His accent is a right mix of Scottish/Irish/Welsh and that London twang which drives most girls crazy through it has been mentioned he has no interest in any relationships due to his ex fiance walking out on him with his daughters.
Jayden's last foster home was in London, which he will always miss but he wants to be around the one he loves, and legally changes his name to prevent his birth family from finding him when he came of age.
Due to his relaxed lifestyles and ways, he clashes a lot with people and not many of his current friends know his whole background, due to the fact most foster children are still looked down as being the lowest in the food chain even as adults.

Since Analeigh was born, she was taught the ways of her people, the travelers often referred to as Gypsies in hopes that when she reached her teenage years, she would follow in the footsteps of her grandmother and mother to help make a living for her clan. A bright child, Analeigh often wondered about a life without constant traveling from place to place and begins to hate the lifestyle that her family has chosen for her, wishing more to break free from the chains of the caravans and live the life she wants. Witnessing the cruelty of what the Gypsies experience while trying to earn a living, on her fifteenth year, Analeigh runs away from her clan, disgusted that the clan allows other humans to do that to them.
Keeping her past a secret, Analeigh finds work being an apprentice to an older Sage who begins teaching her how to use runes and other magic, in the regards that Analeigh does not use these magic for her own profit and that she does not injure/kill another person or animal without it being self defense. To prove that she is ready to be qualified as a full mage, she goes out to travel for a year or two to show she can survive on her own.
She is quiet and calm, it is not often that Analeigh is angry and she prefers not to fight, more preferring to the company of nature than that of people for many reasons.
Aithne -details are from an RPG skeleton, she's still a work in progress so please forgive me if her other details change.. I am hoping to make her one of my perm. OCs.-

Aithne orginally was sent to New Tokyo when she fourteen, to be sectioned in one of the state of art mental hospitals where her parents had hoped that would scare their youngest into being more of a young lady in the process than the violent, little girl Aithne was. Able to escape before they ever reached the hospital, killing her escorts in the process, Aithne found refugee in the 'underworld' of New Tokyo, a place that anyone with a past, could easily disappear into without a trace and start anew.
Due to her low ability to trust anyone, she still chooses to keep her home in the underworld of New Tokyo where she can find out what's going on through the whispers in the shadows, none of the other faction members, including the Ryuujin know this and Aithne has no plans on any of them finding out either. Yet Aithne is slowly making her presence known in other parts of the city, the chaos she leaves the civilians with is the only trademark.

All depends on the deal the artist wants to make, in the past, I have always held the item till the art was complete and sent to me but if an artist wants to work something out involving the item -also depends if your wanting pure, runes or an item.. on the 13th, there will be some runes open to artists.. I am hoping to have a few yearlies to offer as well.. depending on how things go in real life-
