I will. I got a lot today because I scrubbed out his tank and got him new (better) gravel at the store today. So his water is so clear, and he was happy. I also got him a ball to roll around in the water, it sank though

If anything I believe it will be easier. He does not coast on the bottom of the tank, so if he moves around at all it will push the ball with him. It even has a little bell inside so maybe he will like that? I do not know...

is it a turtle ball? if the metal is exposed to water it will rust and not be good for him so it has to be protected

I think so? It was in the reptile area, but did not specify which species it was made for. The metal is exposed, but on the package it said that the bell was stainless steel so it would not rust, only possibly discolor
