Generally i have game music off xD so i couldn't tell you ones I've enjoyed. Then again I normally play mmo's so its the same songs over and over ^^;

though i do agree with the assassins creed one up there xD i recall the songs from that game when i played :3

I've been playing Skyrim lately and the soundtrack for that is like epic background music for an action movie.

Uhh...favorites are hard to pick. Shining games, Valkyrie Profile, and lots of the Tales music is rather good. OH and Disgaea, especially Planet X.

My favourite Video game soundtrack is the OST from Grandia, the PS1/Dreamcast game.

I also listen to a lot of video game artists, mainly from youtube. Brentalfloss, Daniel tidwell etc.

Well pretty much every song from the Megaman X series is a masterpiece. If I had to pick a favorite Megaman X song though it would be Megaman X5 Burn Dinorex Stage, Megaman X6 Blizzard Wolfang Stage, or Megaman X Boomer Kuwanger stage. The Sunleth Waterscape from FF13 is great, and so is Noel's Theme from FF13-2. Hell who am I kidding most of the music from those games are wonderful as well just those two specific ones stick out.

I am partial to the Legend of Zelda series and its music.
Another game whose soundtracks I adore is Breath of Fire III.

My favorite gaming song's would have to be "Onigokko" the theme song for Record Of Agarest War.

Oh I have a lot of soundtrack I love from video games and a ton of composer I love, like Junya Ota (ZUN), Michiko Naruke, Motoi Sakuraba, David Wise, Yoko Shimomura, Koji Kondo, Akira Yamaoka, Shoji Meguro, Jean-Juc Escalant.

My favorites soundtrack is from the Touhou series though, and the gazillion remix and what not you can find on YouTube. I love me some Touhou music :D

I also really likes the soundtrack for Wild ARMs by Michiko Naruke and especialy the song You'll never be alone no matter where you go from Wild ARMs 2. Too bad we never got the vocal version the Japanese version had, but we got the EPIC TRUMPET, HELL YEAH!

I also really like the soundtrack for Deadly Premonition/Red Seeds Profile, especialy the beautifull York and Zach song. This game got a really bad reputaiton because it wasn't what people expected, but it's really good ._.

One thing I'd say is that even though I'm not all that into newer games, the soundtrack are still good :D That's something that's pretty hard to screw up, thanfully. And thank god the audio quality keeps on getting better :D

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but the soundtrack for Bastion is really good. Like, really really good. Bastion is pretty much an awesome album with a free game attached.

Someone posted all the version of Dearly Beloved from Kingdom Hearts and it reminded me why I love the game so much. The music from it is so amazing.
