Unless you have a newer account, I tried to friend your account, Ducky.. <..<; and if not, I can find out through Moon's friend list or Ivy's.

Gaia doesn't delete accounts because that would mess with the number system they have.

They used to delete accounts up until around 05/06 or so but then it became a problem so they just left banned accounts alone. At one point or another I believe old banned items were auctioned off from the accounts before the marketplace came into being, but now it just rots I'm fairly sure.
