Why don't you look it up on youtube xD. But there are variations to what they do at each location. The main aspect of it is that they make you stand up (usually on a chair, turn up the music, and force you to do some embarrassing dance).

My brother had a friend who did a birthday there, and they forced him to stand on a chair with hotdogs in his mouth, also holding the hotdogs in both hands, while dancing around. You may get lucky and you'll have a mild one, or really unfortunate and you'll have a really...*cough*...one.

I only do embarrassing things with my friends, anything with my family I just regret. Mainly because they tease my constantly about it.
