I would go through your stuff see what you can sell, see what can be stored with your family and then go from there. Set aside two weeks worth of clean things including professional clothing that way you can go on interviews or see how much you can condense.

Sadly if I were you I would plan to live out of the back of a car for a few days. Worse case scenario that is what I see happening since your family it seems can not even afford to let you have a roof over your head while you search for a job. >/ which makes me miffed. I am sure your mom even if she can not directly support you can house you from the elements at least until you get on your own. Same for your dad or some one they might know. A spot on the floor cost nothing, especially if you can feed yourself off sandwiches.

u-u this is why I refuse to live out in the middle of nowhere with out a way to get to my family. Are they able to get an apartment? Your parents don't have to be married in order to continue to live together. If they can find a place that they can split together it would work. It would be far cheaper and again you would have a roof over your head.

Edit: The other thing is, if your grandmother is not too old, I would go live with her for a time being.

sweetie my mom makes /just/ enough to support herself and my sister no more, not even if they try, my father is a 300 dollar negative sink and i am a full sink with no job, my mom cannot afford to feed me and my father she cannot afford the utilities the only thing i can beg of her is to take my cat so he won't die, he is too old and too easily stressed


we have been doing that for the last several months and most of my father's friends are dead
